The geography of our projects varies from Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Denmark and Norway up to Singapore and United States.

As a shipbuilding company, we  carry out numerous duties related to the design, construction, and maintenance of ships.

                                                           Here are the main responsibilities:

1. Ship Design:
          – Development of detailed drawings and plans for future ships;
          – Conducting engineering calculations to ensure safety and reliability;
          – Coordinating project documentation with the customer and regulatory bodies.

2. Ship Construction:
          – Fabrication and assembly of the ship’s hull;
          – Installation of engines, control systems, navigation, and other technical systems;
          – Setting up electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems;
          – Interior outfitting of ships, including living and working areas.

3. Testing and Certification:
          – Conducting tests to check all ship systems and components;
          – Obtaining certificates from classification societies and other regulatory bodies;
          – Ensuring compliance with international standards and safety requirements.

4. Repair and Modernization:
          – Performing regular technical maintenance of ships;
          – Carrying out current and major repairs;
          – Upgrading ships to improve their performance and meet modern requirements.

5. Project Management:
          – Planning and coordinating all stages of ship construction and repair;
          – Managing resources, budgets, and timelines;
          – Coordinating work with contractors and subcontractors.

6. Procurement of Materials and Equipment:
          – Organizing the procurement of necessary materials and components;
          – Ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials and equipment used.

7. Quality Control:
          – Continuous monitoring and control of all construction and repair processes;
          – Ensuring that all work meets high-quality standards.

8. Compliance with Regulations:
          – Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with  international, national, and local rules and standards.

9. Staff Training and Development:
          – Organizing training and professional development for employees;
          – Maintaining high levels of professionalism and safety at all stages of work.
